Privacy notice

What we collect
When you request beta access or a monetization preview, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, creator type, channel and content links, additional social profiles and follower counts, audience range, travel-content views, monetization preferences, affiliate platforms, selected interests, and the challenge you want to solve.
We also calculate an internal intent score from the information you provide. The score helps us prioritize beta research and does not make an automated legal or financial decision about you.
Creator accounts store profile information, password hashes, sessions, trip drafts, published snapshots, and publication history. Published trip pages may collect privacy-limited page views and outbound-click events using a browser session identifier. Traveler inquiry forms collect the submitted name, email address, and message.
How we use it
We use this information to review beta applications, prepare selected monetization previews, conduct product research, understand creator needs, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and communicate about Tripixo's development.
How it is stored and shared
Lead information may be sent to our configured form-processing webhook or stored in Supabase. A webhook may connect to services such as Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, or n8n. We do not sell your personal information.
Creator product data and traveler inquiries are stored in our configured PostgreSQL database. We retain beta data while the account or research relationship remains active and may delete inactive beta data when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your beta information, or stop sending updates, by emailing hello@tripixo.ai.
Early-stage notice
Tripixo is currently a validation project. This notice may be updated as the product, company, and service providers become more established.
