Bonus money isn't released the moment their payment clears — it sits 10 days in Holding first, so a refund voids it instead of clawing it back. After that it moves to Pending, and pays out for real in the monthly payout run.

Refer another travel creator and you earn a one-time bonus when they start paying for a plan, plus a share of Tripixo's platform fee on every planning call they sell for 24 months.
How much does Tripixo pay for referring a creator?+
Two payments. The one-time bonus is 10% of the referred creator's first month's subscription for your first conversion, 20% for your second through fourth, and 30% from your fifth onward — so $2.90 to $8.70 on a $29 Creator Plus plan. On top of that you earn 10% of the platform fee Tripixo collects on every planning call that creator sells, for 24 months.
Can I earn a Tripixo referral commission if the creator never pays for a plan?+
Yes. The 10% commission on Tripixo's platform fee starts when your referred creator completes their first planning call, not when they subscribe. A creator who stays on the free plan and keeps selling calls earns you commission for the full 24 months. Only the separate one-time bonus requires them to move onto a paid plan.
Is the Tripixo referral commission a cut of the creator's earnings?+
No. The commission is a share of the platform fee Tripixo charges on a booking, not a share of what the referred creator takes home. Their payout is unaffected by having been referred.
How long does a Tripixo referral link stay attributed?+
Clicking a Tripixo referral link drops an anonymous cookie that lasts 30 days. If the creator signs up within that window the referral is credited to you permanently. Attribution is first-touch, so if someone clicks two different referral links before signing up, the first one wins, and a later click by that same person never reassigns the referral.
When do Tripixo referral bonuses get paid out?+
A conversion bonus sits in a 10-day hold after the referred creator's payment clears, so a refund voids it rather than requiring a clawback. After the hold it becomes payable and is issued in the next monthly payout run. Ongoing commission is paid monthly in arrears, once the platform fee on each call has actually been collected.
What happens if a booking that earned me commission is refunded?+
No commission is owed on a call that is refunded, cancelled, or whose platform fee is never collected. Tripixo never advances commission against expected future bookings, so nothing has to be reclaimed later.
Can I refer myself on Tripixo?+
No. Referring yourself, a second account you control, or trading referrals with someone purely to farm rewards forfeits every pending reward on the referrals involved, resets you to the first-tier bonus rate for future conversions, and can remove you from the program. Self-referrals and unusual signup patterns are flagged for human review rather than paid automatically.
Do Tripixo referral rates change?+
The rate for a given referral is fixed at the moment that referral converts and never changes afterwards, even if you later reach a higher tier. Tripixo can change the tiers, rates, or windows for new referrals with 30 days' notice, and never reduces a rate retroactively on a referral already earning. If the program ended, commission already accruing would still be honoured for its full 24-month term.
Do I get anything besides money for referring creators?+
Yes. When a referred creator completes their first planning call, both of you receive a bonus planning call credit. The referrer earns further credits at milestones: 2 extra calls at 3 activated referrals, 5 at 10, and 10 at 25.
