Who you're contracting with

Tripixo is operated by Ribbitnova Inc. ("Tripixo", "we", "us"). By creating an account, requesting a preview, or booking through Tripixo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy notice.

Product status

Tripixo is live. Creator signup, onboarding, and paid call booking are open now. Some integrations continue to expand over time. Submitting a form does not guarantee a completed preview, a launch date, or continued availability of any feature.

Payments and subscriptions

Creator subscriptions and traveller bookings are billed through Stripe. Prices, currency, and applicable fees are shown before you confirm payment. Tripixo does not guarantee clicks, bookings, affiliate commissions, consultation revenue, conversion improvements, or any other financial result for creators.

Cancellation, no-show, and rescheduling policy

Tripixo calls are a two-sided commitment: a creator blocks real time on their calendar, and a traveller pays up front. The policy is designed to protect the person who kept their commitment and to leave room for genuine emergencies.

Rescheduling

Travellers can reschedule a call for free up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Each booking includes 2 free reschedules. Any later change may be routed to the cancellation flow so the slot does not stay blocked indefinitely.

Inside the 12-hour window, a traveller can still request a new time, but the creator must accept it because the original appointment is already close.

Traveller cancellation

If a traveller cancels 48 or more hours before the call, they receive a full refund. If they cancel 24 to 48 hours before the call, they receive a 50% refund. If they cancel less than 24 hours before the call, or do not show up, there is no refund because the creator held the time for them.

Tripixo gives travellers a one-time grace for their first no-show or late cancellation. If eligible, Tripixo may refund that first incident regardless of the timing. The grace can be used once per traveller account.

Creator cancellation

If a creator cancels 24 or more hours before the call, the traveller receives a full refund and help rebooking. If a creator cancels less than 24 hours before the call, or does not show up, the traveller receives a full refund plus a Tripixo credit worth 25% of the call price toward a future booking.

Repeated creator late cancellations or no-shows may trigger support review and can affect creator visibility. One genuine incident does not automatically affect standing.

Grace period and emergencies

Both sides have a 10-minute grace window after the scheduled start time before a call is marked as a no-show. Medical emergencies, family emergencies, major travel disruption, natural disasters, and platform issues may be handled as exceptions by Tripixo support, including full refund or free reschedule where appropriate.

Call recording and AI notes

Some consultation calls may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized with AI assistance to help the creator prepare trip notes, but only where the traveller agrees on the pre-call consent screen. Recordings are not made public or used as advertising. See our Privacy notice for retention and deletion.

Calendar access

If a creator connects Google Calendar, they authorize Tripixo to read and write events to that calendar for scheduling purposes only. A creator can revoke this access at any time from their settings.

Affiliate relationships

References to Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Viator, GetYourGuide, and other travel platforms describe programs creators may already use or potential future integrations. They do not state or imply a confirmed partnership unless Tripixo later announces one explicitly.

Your content and links

You should only submit links you are allowed to share. You retain ownership of your content. You give Tripixo permission to host and display the content you publish, and to review submitted public material to prepare a requested preview.

Creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, image rights, disclosures, and ongoing maintenance of recommendations they publish, including clearly disclosing affiliate and sponsored links to their audience where required by law (for example, FTC guidance in the US). Tripixo may suspend access or remove content that creates legal, safety, or abuse concerns.

Third-party services

Booking links, affiliate programs, payment services (Stripe), calendar services (Google), and travel providers have their own terms. Tripixo does not control their availability, pricing, tracking, cancellations, or commission policies.

Travel information

Trip pages are creator recommendations, not professional safety, immigration, medical, or financial advice. Travelers must verify current entry requirements, local conditions, accessibility, availability, and prices before acting.
